A Yoga session was organised by The Leo Club of Andheri Achievers and The Yoga Institute of Santacruz for our 9th graders.
Introduction to such activities during school time can build a keen interest later. The benefits of practising yoga are pretty much underrated within the age group of our children. Experiencing the art of yoga first hand definitely changed their perspective. The children thoroughly enjoyed the session and are looking forward to another one!
